- 1907 purchase of the company by the Budapest manufacturer Ferdinand Bayer, "Bayer a spol., Skalicka boxes factory" is established

- 2011 merger of two Czech production plants of Grafobal in Slany and Holubov into the company GRAFOBAL BOHEMIA Ltd.
- 2013 launch of a new corrugating and laminating line with the possibility of producing G-type corrugated cardboard
- 2015 installation of the first 9 color offset machine with inline UV varnishing
- 2020 installation of equipment for new cold foil stamping technology
