Production of  cardboard packaging and other printed products.

Packaging from laminated corrugated cardboard are designated for consumer and group packaging of fragile and larger products. In the process of the production of corrugated cardboard, offset printed smooth cardboard is laminated into double-ply corrugated cardboard. The resulting material, laminated corrugated cardboard, is characterized by high-quality offset printing typical for smooth cardboard and at the same time by the strength and damping characteristics typical of corrugated cardboard.

We offer the transport packaging from 3 and 5 layer corrugated cardboard in a brown or white surface design. The maximum cross-sectional dimension for which we are able to print an up to 2-color flexo printing is 1405 x 2810 mm. We focus on the production of lapel and cut-out boxes according to the FEFCO catalogue. These can be machine or hand glued as well as hand sewn.

Labels are most commonly used for the labeling of bottles for beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, or as a container for chocolates or soft cigarette packs. We specialize in the production of cut-out labels of various shapes up to 300 x 300 mm and cut paper labels. Paper bags with euro cut-outs are mostly used for seeds. Bags without euro cut-outs are used primarily for handling cash and packing small items. The dimensions of bags can be: at least 65 x 55 mm, a maximum of 118 x 240 mm.

The materials and technologies used in the production of the children's product range meet the strictest criteria for health and safety. We also count with the unusual handling of packaging for the youngest children and therefore we use materials and technology as is used for food packaging. A traditional product assortment of Grafobal is also children’s pop-up books. We offer pop-up books - classical, folding (accordion), spiral and spatial with cut-out motifs protruding from open books. The attractiveness of pop-up books can be increased through integrated playing chips and DVD player. We can make all pop-up books with peripheral and interior shaped cut-outs. We also offer playing boards, paper shelves and paper children's games. All materials used have a certificate of health safety. In addition to standard processing operations, lamination gloss or matte films are also are very often used with pop-up books.
